This work is SO healing…I need to move in stillness, it guides me to where I need to go in my emotional work, and doing the art with dance was amazing…your process pulls it all together…beautiful, I’m so thankful.

This class was amazing! I loved every part of it. Evaluating structure & freedom and what my capacity is…discovering I choose my limits & I choose to allow those limits to change or dissipate. Shannon holds a beautiful space for feminine energy to expand and explore, she is a mindful teacher, willing to see the benefits that come from stepping out of the structured plan and let the playful creative juice flow.

Pure Love! I enjoyed the way it flowed one activity into another with pure connection, tuning into the walls and blocks in my being. Massive Transformation! The best experience is the safe and sacred space created and held for intimate inquiry and massive transformation.
