Darkness is both the experience of shorter days with longer nights and the pull into a deeper place that you may not visit that often. Darkness does not have to be heavy or scary, in fact, turning to face and get curious about your own dark places can bring release and new energy. Remember, things grow in the dark.
What might you give more space to? How might you grow your capacity to BE WITH what is? What in your or your life is waiting to grow in this dark time … what needs tending first to prepare the ground for new growth?
When we tend to the things that grow in the dark we actively also move towards the light. Towards more awareness, towards better self care and greater understanding. In this Virtual Mini Series we will join with the rhythms of nature to look inward, riding the energy right into the Winter Solstice, the turning point towards longer days, more light and the coming of Spring. Learn to honor and access the healing power of Nature…and your own inner nature.
Three Sundays in December from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm (MST)
December 6, 13, & 20 with a Winter Solstice ritual in our last session.
Each week you will:
- Experience a blend of movement, dance, art making, reflection or ritual with a Master Guide
- Receive a practice to work with during the week
- Connect with a group of like minded people
- Learn to listen deeply and be moved
