Deep Winter we turn inward…
Together we tune into the body, through several movement practices – some with music some in quiet. We will get curious, get it moving, shake it loose, break free, and bring it home to our daily life. Participants will practice following the body, practice being moved, learn to develop their own inner witness, to move with what is asking for attention.
We will work with the symbolic through the body, through imagery, written word and imagination. There will be time for personal reflection. We will treat our work together in ritual ways. There will be time to share and be nourished by the group. We make sacred time and space, we clear the way, we let the body move and invite our inner life to bring what matters most to the surface. Here you can meet and make real what wants to take form in you and in your life. Go deep, get real and relevant in your life, your community and the world now so you can show up and make a difference in the ways that matter to you.
